🎯 Skipr is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist

To support its growth, Skipr is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist  based in Belgium. Reporting to the General Manager Sales BE, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Project Managers to ensure that customers receive the best possible support experience.

As Customer Operations Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients through the ticketing system while ensuring smooth operational processes to enable Customer Success Managers to deliver proactive service.

Main responsibilities


  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via  email.

  • Identify customer needs and guide them in using product features effectively.

  • Analyze and report recurring questions and incidents to the tech team.

  • Support operational tasks to enhance Customer Success Managers’ efficiency and proactive support.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of Skipr products and services to provide high-quality service.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 1 year experience required in the same environment; training will be provided.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle challenging cases with patience.

  • Basic technical proficiency and computer skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help others.
