To support its growth, Skipr is looking for an HR Officer. This people will be responsible for the administrative management of people management and HR processes (onboarding, recruitment, evaluation, development plan, etc.), the payroll preparation and the office management. This person will work closely with the CFO and the HR Manager. He will report to the HR Manager.

Main tasks of the HR Officer

  • Prepare the payroll for Belgium and France in collaboration with the social secretary

  • Manage the onboarding and outboarding process (Dimona, C4, creating IT account, supply order, …)

  • Manage the contact with the HR external partners: (payroll, Benefits, medicine…)

  • Manage the contract with external suppliers

  • Manage and update the staff list, who is who and organigram…

  • Develop/improve the policies

  • Manage the people HR box (answer and follow-up)

  • Manage the HR calendar (Birthday, party…)

  • Manage the office: orders & deliveries, supplies & food, mail

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources

  • Minimum 2 years in the same function

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch

  • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Suite

  • Employee experience oriented
