HR Manager

Job description

We are looking for an HR Manager to help us deliver a qualitative employee experience at Skipr, with a focus on managing and advising on administrative HR aspects and leading the talent development programme.

Responsibilities:

HR & Administration tasks (40%)

  • Responsible of payroll administration in cooperation with SD Worx
  • Advising internal employees about all kinds of social and legal matters as to social legislation, remuneration, holiday allowance and holiday rights, …
  • Personnel administration: contracting, benefits, policies implementation and follow-up, along with related reporting
  • Developing or improving and implementing human resource policies
  • Contributing to the onboarding and offboarding process

Talent development (40%) :

  • Responsible of leading the talent development programme
  • Building upon existing performance evaluation processes to reinforce feedback culture
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and developing a talent retention strategy


Office management (20%) :

  • Managing general office operations (supplies, orders & deliveries, coordinate office facilities and equipment, etc.)
  • Organisation of team events and activities

Job requirements

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • You are a native French or Dutch speaker and fluent in English (written and oral)
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience as a HR generalist or Payroll Specialist
  • You are proactive and like to work independently
  • You love varied work and are detail oriented
  • You are client and solution oriented
  • You are well organized and know how to prioritize
  • You have a supportive mindset and are happy to help colleagues with their HR and team life related questions
